What a workspace is
Your workspace is where your apps, tools, and connections sit. Everyone has one from the moment they sign up, and you do not need to set it up. It is also the unit that everything else scopes to. Billing and credits belong to the workspace, not to you personally, and so does the address your AI assistants connect to.Home
Home lists everything your workspace has in one place: apps you have added, tools you have built, tools other people have shared with you, and the connections that give those tools access to your accounts.Inviting your team
Invite people by email from your workspace settings, or open the workspace menu in the left panel and choose Invite and manage members. Once someone joins, they can see and use every app and tool in the workspace. Connections are not shared. Each person sets up their own for the accounts a tool needs, so their runs go through their accounts rather than yours.Roles and permissions
Everyone in a workspace is an owner, an admin, or a member. Members do the everyday work of creating, editing, and running tools. Owners and admins can also change things that affect everyone.
If you need something you cannot do, ask an owner or an admin in your workspace. Only the owner can change the billing plan.
Billing and credits
Running a tool uses credits. A credit represents the compute work it takes to run a tool, so a heavy job costs more than a light one. Credits belong to the workspace, and everyone in it draws from the same balance. Open the workspace menu in the left panel to see what is left and when it resets. When you share a tool with someone outside your workspace, their credits cover their runs, not yours.Questions about your workspace?
